• Keys to wine tasting

o   Familiarize yourself with the 6 families of Bordeaux wines;

o   Learn the 3 key stages of wine tasting.

• Terroirs and grape varieties

o   Explore the different terroirs and grape varieties of the Bordeaux wine region, from the right bank to the left bank;

o   Embark on a year-long journey through the vineyards in order to understand the role that humans play in winemaking.

• Blending

o   Delve into the specifics of blending – the signature of Bordeaux wines;

o   Learn how to identify secondary and tertiary aromas;

o   Try your hand at creating your very own blend.
