Far from a simple wine and cheese tasting, this delicious 3-hour interlude provides an in-depth understanding of these two exceptional products:

• Discover just how much French cheeses and Bordeaux wines have in common - get to know them and their pairings;

• Learn the art of cheese and wine tasting, along with the vocabulary to describe each sensation;

• Savor delicious cheeses from the local Deruelle cheesemonger, served with 7 Bordeaux PDO* wines, with commentary from our tutors.
