This introduction to Bordeaux wines will explore two aspects: 

• Bordeaux vineyard essentials 
  - Get to know Bordeaux grape varieties;
  - Gain a behind-the-scenes insight into the vineyard and cellar; 
  - Uncover the secrets of blending – the hallmark of Bordeaux wines; 
  - Discover the region’s PDOs* and their wonderful specificities. 

• Wine tasting fundamentals 
  - Become acquainted with aromas and how to identify them; 
  - Learn how to put your tasting sensations into words; 
  - Taste 5 Bordeaux PDO* wines, guided by your tutor.
