Designed specifically for wine industry professionals in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, this immersive day class will help you develop your knowledge!

Over the 8 hours of training and 8 Bordeaux wines tasted:

• Discover the different winegrowing methods.

• Find out more about the main Bordeaux protected designations of origin and their specificities thanks to crossover tastings:
  - Bordeaux and Bordeaux supérieur;
  - Côtes;
  - Saint-Émilion-Pomerol-Fronsac;
  - Médoc;
  - Graves and Sauternes;
  - White and sweet white wines.

  
  Lunch is also provided in a restaurant near the Bordeaux Wine School. Paid for by us, it is the perfect opportunity to extend the discussions you started during the training course.
