Noel Chi Educator, Marketer, Author, Journalist, Oenologist, Food Connoisseur Of the many titles, my personal favorite is a wine educator and food connoisseur, as the first accredited educator for WSET III in China and founded first WSET school in Taiwan, helping students to achieve their learning goals and expand their knowledge; Co-author of l'Esprit de ma Cave á Vin (Winner Of Gourmand World Cookbook Award: Best Wine Atlas/Tourism Book In Paris & 2008 Best Wine Education Book In China). I was the interpreter for 3-Michelin Star Restaurant Head Chef: Paul Bocuse, Pierre Troisgros, Marc Veyrat, and Georges Blanc during the first Michelin Chef Tour in China, which directed me to be a host of the Hainan TV’s Travel Channel, of Gourmet tourism show “人在酒途 Adventure on the wine route”. I’m in the wine industry since 1990, studied in Université du Vin, oenology in Université de Bourgogne and Université de Bordeaux, interned at Château Reynon with Prof. Denis Dubourdieu, and worked in Domaine Dujac and Domaine Schoffit, as well as wineries in Jumilla (Spain), and NingXia (China). On the business side, I have worked for wine importers: Drinkers (TW), Elite group (TW), and ASC & Vinehoo-VP (China). Currently focused on wine education and food & wine pairing project.
