Each of these four 2-hour workshops is the occasion to delve into the heart of a fascinating topic. Not forgetting that over the course of these wine sessions, you will have the chance to taste 13 Bordeaux PDO* wines!

Evening 1: the keys to tasting

• Find out more about the main types of Bordeaux wines;

• Familiarize yourself with the 3 stages of tasting;

• Discover the different styles of Bordeaux wines;

• Learn how to precisely identify flavors on the palate;

• Understand how to put your sensations into words.

Evening 2: the specificities of terroirs and grape varieties

• Journey through the Right and Left Banks of the Bordeaux vineyards;

• Recognize the primary aromas of the main grape varieties;

• Follow the key moments of the year in the vineyard.

Evening 3: the secrets of blending

• Practice how to identify secondary and tertiary aromas;

• Create your very own blend.
  

Evening 4: The founding legends of the Bordeaux vineyards

• Discover the fascinating history of Bordeaux wines;

• Explore their PDOs* and their specificities;

Understand the different wine classifications.
