Taiwanese origin. Now based in Taipei, Taiwan. Accredited as Bordeaux Wine Educator since 2008. Freelance trainer, educator, translator and writer in alcohol drinks, covering wine, beer, whisky and vodka. Regular speaker in the drinks industry. I collaborated with many associations promoting French food products since 2004. Though as a wine specialist at the beginning, I have also become a beer writer, beer judge and beer sommelier. And my passion for alcohol drinks tasting and education has also brought me into the spirits industry since 2014. Writer of several published books on alcohol beverages and often invited as reviser or reviewer for translated books on alcohol drinks.
Why I'm part of the #BDXcrew
I'm proud to be part of the #BordeauxCrew ! Bordeaux is a soul mate of mine. My ever first sip of wine at the age of 19 in 1998 was a Bordeaux. In 2008 I became Bordeaux wine educator. And in 2015-2016 I spent a year living in Bordeaux with my wife and I got my DUAD diploma. Since early days I have been deeply involved with, and inspired by Bordeaux wines. I translated "Le Goût du vin" into mandarin, published in 2010 in Taiwan. I judged at "Coupe des crus bourgeois du Médoc" twice. I translate in seminars for speakers from Bordeaux, and present myself as educator and speaker in master classes. I'm always passing my passion and knowledge for Bordeaux wines to people surrounding me. And I am still learning with it, and I learn to be even better. It's Bordeaux wine that makes me a better and happier man. That's why I am part of the #BordeauxCrew. And I'm proud of it.
