Passionate about the wine industry, she graduated from Montpellier SupAgro as an engineer-agronomist. She then continued her path towards oenology and obtained her DNO. She completed her training with a Masters in International Wine and Spirits Trade at the Burgundy School of Business. She started his career in California then in New Zealand, before moving to Bordeaux where she spent 6 years at Château Margaux as Deputy Head of Culture in charge of converting the estate to organic farming. She then took over the management of the Long-Depaquit estate in Chablis for 3 years. Cécilia is a young, committed professional with multiple skills, resolutely turned towards sustainable viticulture that respects both the environment and people.
