She is certified Educator for WSET Sake/Spirit/Wine Level 1 to 3, as well as authorised educator for Bordeaux Wines, New Zealand/German/Sherry Wines. 'I adore red Burgundy, though Bordeaux was my first love'. Bordeaux wines always hold a very special position in her heart. She sits on judge panels of international wine and spirit competitions including International Wine & Spirit Challenge (IWSC) , Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, and various regional wine competitions in Italy, China, Australia and New Zealand.
