I run a wine shop Hasebe Saketen and an Italian restaurant Papasolotte in Yamanashi Prefecture which is famous for Mt. Fuji and the largest wine production in Japan. The wine shop has been my family business since 1905. And the restaurant is located on a hill with the gorgeous view of Koshu vineyards. Now I also have had several wine seminars to introduce people to the joys of wine for 18 years. Especially, my Bordeaux wine seminars have been well received by both beginners and experts alike with clear explanations of its history, terroir, taste, and food pairing.
