As a lover of good wines and gastronomy, I like to develop this curiosity of the senses that is tasting to decrypt and understand, the balance of a wine, the balance of a dish and to blend them so that they sublimate. It all started with a first step as an Interpreter guide for a classified wine estate in Médoc. First experience that made me discover an exciting environment! After different activities in a wine shop then by several wine merchants, mainly for export, I decided to continue the adventure as an independent. Today, as a consultant and trainer, I take great pleasure in sharing my expertise by accompanying wineries on a commercial level, but also students, wine industry players, amateurs, discovering the Bordeaux wines.
