I've been working in the wine field for 14 years. After a career in the Accor hotel group in marketing, I decided to dedicate myself to my passion for wine. After graduating in oenology DNO and WSET level 3, I worked as an itinerant oenologist to deepen my knowledge and to get to know the reality of the job. I then had the opportunity to teach and I immediately understood that transmission was both challenging and fascinating. I am still as enthusiastic as ever about sharing my knowledge of Bordeaux wines and vineyards, and discussing tasting and food and wine pairings.
