Each hour-long webinar will feature an interesting panel of relevant experts looking at the drinks industry as a whole while drawing on their experiences from different sectors, such as media, agencies, producers, retailers and consultants.

Session 1: Getting Heard Above the Digital Noise

A session for members of the wine trade with customer recruitment and engagement responsibilities which will demonstrate how to make the most of social and digital media through a panel discussion. There are 45M Social Media users in the UK (that’s 66% of the population) how do you make sure that you are targeting the right consumer? Who, how and why is it important? In such a crowded digital space, how can you get noticed and establish a strong relationship with your customers – and how do you reach new ones? How do you convey your unique service and benefits, and the personality of your business or brand? In other words how do you become known for the things you want to become known for? Our experts will share valuable insight on how to achieve just that, using knowledge and case studies from both within the world of wine and beyond, sharing best practice and success stories.
