Gourmet of life, I chose to pass on my passion as a bilingual French / English independent oenological trainer and professional actor. On my father’s side, I come from a family of Martinique rum producers, Clément rums, long established in Bordeaux. From my mother's side, pharmacists from Auvergne and Martinique, who created herbal medicines ... My parents certainly passed on to me the taste for good products and sharing! Former journalist and presenter of TV news at RFO (French Overseas Public network), I like to lead, always in a good mood, workshops, trainings and events around wine, spirits and other alcoholic drinks. I particularly enjoy making people appreciate beautiful, sometimes surprising pairings between Bordeaux wines, and cheeses, chocolate and other mouth-watering products. My main audiences: companies, individuals, professionals, hospitality management schools, cooking schools, wine clubs of graduate schools and universities. Accredited tutor from the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux, I graduated from WSET 3 and Wine & Management Program from Ecole du Cordon Bleu Paris.
