My roots in Bordeaux, winemakers in my family and 15 years of innovative advice in Châteaux have allowed me to speak precisely about the wines of my region with a solid background. From an international perspective, my technical and economic expertise in "Oeno" has been enriched by the "Sommellerie" know-how at the University of Wine in Suze La Rousse. I am a member of the examination jury for future sommeliers in several academies in France and Benelux. Trainer of the CIVB Wine School since 2008, I give numerous conferences to the largest hotel schools and universities, I am involved in events and the press and create links between professionals in Wine and Food, I organize wine-cultural vineyard routes and private lessons for a privileged few in Brussels, Lille or Paris
